Managing Additional Users

Many site operations rely on multiple users having access to equipment information. This may be due to joint ownership of a machine, or key personnel that require access. MC Trax has been set up to ensure that information is available to those who need it.

The first user to registers a dryer is assigned the Primary User. If a second user attempts to register a given dryer, they will be notified that the dryer has already been assigned to another user. The Primary User can allow additional users to register to their dryer by following the steps outlined below.

Adding Additional Users

To allow users to have access to your dryer, log into your account at www.mctrax.net and click the menu button in the top right.

From the menu, select "Account"

Select "Users". From this menu, you can enable up to 4 additional sub-users. Once added, these users will be able to register for their own MC OnePass account via the New User Registration process, and connect their account to your dryer. These accounts can be set up as view-only, or can be given remote control capability if desired. You can revoke access at any time by removing users from the list.

A sub-user account will have most of the capabilities of the primary user, but will not have access to all of the account settings menus. A sub-user can remove themselves from a dryer at any time if they no longer need access.
