Remote Control

MC Trax gives you the ability to update key values on eligible dryers from anywhere in the world.

Eligible Dryers

Remote control is only available for dryers that are equipped with compatible software. This includes:

• Pinnacle Lite dryers with v18 software

• Pinnacle 20|20 dryers

Dryer Setup

In order to make changes to your dryer via MC Trax, you are first required to allow access from the dryer. You can enable this feature on the following pages:

• Pinnacle Lite Dryers

  • Settings > System Information

    • Click the white box under "Remote Access 4-Digit PIN"

• Pinnacle 20|20 Dryers

  • Home > Troubleshooting > System Config

Once here, click the "Enable Remote Control" checkbox and enter a 4-digit PIN.

Your PIN must be a 4-digit number, and should not start with "0"

Making Updates

Once you have enabled remote control on the dryer touch screen, you will be able to make updates remotely from MC Trax. Log in to www.mctrax.net and open the remote control menu by clicking the icon on the left side of the navigation bar.

A window will appear that shows the current dryer state. You can update discharge speed, plenum temperatures, operating set points, discharge mode, and shut the dryer down from this menu.

Click the "Change" button next to the setting that you'd like to adjust.

You can now choose a new setting, enter your Security PIN, and select OK to send the change. As noted on the pop-ups, it may take a minute before the change is reflected on MC Trax.
